HOW TO USE
Clean, lay, fasten every tread.
- Clean the step and install in dry weather. It must be dry and free of dust, oil, snow and ice.
- Place the tread flat with the front lip tight against the step edge.
- Outdoor stairs: secure every tread. Wood: exterior screws with washers (Thunder Grip Fixing Kit). Concrete: exterior-grade adhesive.
- If a tread moves, curls or lifts, remove or secure it before anyone uses the stairs.
Maintenance:
- Rinse with water when dirty.
- Clear snow and ice with a broom or plastic shovel (no metal edges). Treads do not melt or prevent ice.
- Use a deicer suited to your stair surface and safe for rubber.
- No special cleaners required.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE
Stair surfaces and conditions vary. Before use, make sure each tread lies flat and remains stable. If a tread moves, shifts, curls, or creates a raised edge, do not use it until it has been properly secured. Recheck after severe weather, cleaning, or repositioning.
